Notice to the unitholders of the Nordea Swedish Ideas Equity Fund

We are continuously developing our fund selection with the aim of offering our customers sustainable, high-quality investment products. As part of these efforts, we are making amendments to the rules of the Nordea Swedish Ideas Equity Fund.

The rules of the Non-UCITS Nordea Swedish Ideas Equity Fund will be amended in such a way that the fund will be converted from a non-UCITS fund to a common fund (UCITS) that meets the requirements laid down in the Finnish Act on Common Funds.  Once the amendment enters into force, the fund’s name will be Nordea Swedish Ideas Equity Fund.

The fund was originally classified as a non-UCITS fund due to its investment strategy. The amendment to the rules will not have an impact on the fund’s investment policy, as the fund is already managed in a way that meets the requirements for common funds (UCITS) laid down in the Act on Common Funds.

The amendment to the rules requires no action from the unitholders. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority confirmed the amendment to the rules on 30 March 2023. The amendments will enter into force on 01 June 2023.
