Changes in Rules and Names of Nordea’s Funds
The rules and names of the investment funds mentioned below will change. These changes will take effect on 24 April 2025.

What will change?
Due to the name changes, the fund-specific rules are also being amended to include the investment restrictions and exclusion criteria required by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in its new naming guidelines.
The investment policy of the Nordea EUR Short-Term Corporate Sustainable Stars Bond Fund has been further specified so that investments will now be made globally, particularly emphasizing factors related to environmental, social, and governance issues. The fund has already been following the new investment policy within the framework of its current rules, so the rules change does not have a significant impact on the fund's investment strategy.
The investment policy of the Nordea Finnish Transition fund has also been modified so that investments will now particularly emphasize social or environmental transition.
These changes do not have a significant impact on the funds' current investments and do not affect the fees or expenses charged from the funds.
